description: The Static is the official student newsletter of radio station, WMWC. The station was registered with the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System on October 11, 1945 and is still present on campus. Static spans from October 1991 through 1994. In March of 2024, students resurrected Static and began publishing new issues. Physical copies of the renewed run are available in the University Archives.
